Laura heads up our Defence team here at ARM.
Managing a team of 8 consultants – the Defence & Aerospace consultants are experts in their markets, drawing upon years of experience. From one-off hires to entire project teams, we source permanent, temporary, contract and project-based personnel. We have several RPO and PSL accounts and are focused on delivery within Defence, Aerospace, Nautical/Submarine including MOD, Army, Navy and RAF.
Laura has 16-years’ experience in recruitment, covering sectors including industrial and construction, HR and Education fields before specialising in Hardware and Software Engineering.

Talent Acquisition at Lockheed MartinShe (Laura) is completely on top of all of our roles and knows where everything is. I have been using ARM as our “4th Resourcer”. Each SLA I have given her has been hit, and on top of that she has got her team to put a big focus on the roles we are struggling with as well. It has been a huge help in enhancing the market intel we are giving our hiring managers.
