About Lauren

Lauren is the HR advisor for the Serocor Group. She joined as Support Administrator back in 2017 and has developed her career over the past 5 years gaining her CIPD level 3 in HR.

An integral part of the business Lauren works with the CPO to support the business with their people management, development and operations.

In her spare time Lauren enjoys getting out and about, having lots of different experiences and adventures, especially if it includes her paddleboard.
