Cherry heads up ARM’s Seagoing recruitment team within the Maritime division. With the help of her team, she works with various Ship Owners/ Managers globally, recruiting for all ranks of Seafarers onboard all vessel types.
MLC accredited and able to assist with both permanent and contract requirements, Cherry is able to cover: Masters, Chief Officers, Second Officers, DPOs, Marine Pilots, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers, Third Engineers, ETOs, Able Seaman, Motorman, Deckhands and Cooks.
As part of her personalised approach, Cherry also offers Benchmarking and Competitor Analysis services to ensure her clients are kept abreast of the ever-changing economic climate
Vessel types covered include: Cruise, Tankers (LNG, LPG, Chemical + Oil), Dredgers, Ferries, Offshore, ERRV, Tugs, Multicats, Scientific and Research vessels to name a few.
