Anna is a PRINCE2 certified Project Manager who has worked at ARM for 5 years.

When taking on a new project or piece of work, she is responsible for the creation and delivery of the project plan along with ensuring the project is managed to scope, on time and to budget.

As Project Manager, she works alongside, and co-ordinates with different departments, including internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all work is measured and managed efficiently in order to deliver quality outcomes.

Communication is an important part of her role as she needs to ensure all project participants are clear on their actions and what outcomes need to be achieved. Regular project updates and taking an organised approach enable her to lead project stakeholders to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.
