Marcus brings over 15 years of recruitment expertise to ARM, with a strong focus on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector. He specialises in recruiting for roles such as Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Contract Managers, KNX Engineers, BMS Engineers, Designers, and Bid Managers.

Having worked both agency-side and as an internal recruiter, Marcus has a wealth of experience across permanent and contract positions, as well as high-volume recruitment campaigns.

When he’s not supporting clients and candidates across the UK, Marcus spends his weekends with his two children. A passionate football fan, you’ll find him cheering on Liverpool whenever they play.
