About Matthew

Matt joined ARM in April 2024 as part of our Defence team.

Before joining us, Matt worked as a Senior Account Consultant in the Defence/Maritime & Nuclear sectors for 3 Years and had gained 4 years of recruitment experience in South Africa in Hospitality & Finance/Accounting sectors prior to this.

He has a very busy day in the office, involving liaising with clients, booking interviews and giving feedback to candidates, as well as advertising jobs and contacting relevant candidates whilst networking on LinkedIn. He has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and is able to advise clients and candidates on current market trends as well as supporting with interview prep.
