About Joshua

I joined ARM in April 2024 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Maritime Team. Before joining ARM, I spent 4 years recruiting within the HVAC Industry. I have now transferred this knowledge and specialise in Passenger Seagoing Recruitment, recruiting for all ranks of Seafarers to join Ferries, Cruise, and Super Yachts.

As part of his personalised approach, Josh also offers Benchmarking and Competitor Analysis services to ensure his clients are kept abreast of the ever-changing economic climate.
