About Hayley

Hayley has over 15 years recruitment experience and is currently as the Implementation Consultant for Client Programme Services. She supports the planning, management and execution of all Talent Solutions, Technology Services and products across multiple service lines and brands within the Serocor Group.

The Client Programme Services function are responsible for the delivery of external customer projects and programmes as required including:
– RPO, MSP, On-Demand
– Supplier / Contractor novation
– New customer set-up and communication activities where a solutions based approach is required
– Existing customer project support and development

What Hayley loves about ARM and Serocor?  “That everyone is personable, friendly and all work together to help each other achieve the best for Serocor with no hierarchal status amongst the teams. In addition it’s great to have the opportunity to get involved with other parts of the business that you may not have the opportunity to in larger companies, enhancing your skill set and developing a career. I take advantage of the flexible working at ARM and work 4 days a week and this provides me with a great blend of work and life.”
