Michelle manages the Technical Shipping and Marine Engineering team within the Maritime division at ARM.

Specialising in shore-based positions within the Technical Shipping sector globally, she collaborates with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Classification Societies, Marine Consultancies, Shipyards, Oil Majors and OEM’s and offers a bespoke solution for specific recruitment needs.

Michelle’s previous experience is within senior level Executive Search and Selection, which also enables her to offer her clients a tailored search, dependent on the seniority, complexity and confidentiality of the assignment
