About Michelle

Michelle has almost 20 years of recruitment experience, after starting her career with a boutique executive search company within the Legal Industry. She moved into the Maritime industry in 2011, joined us at ARM in 2018 to help grow the existing offering and now leads the Maritime team.

Specialising in shore-based positions within the Technical Shipping sector globally, she collaborates with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Classification Societies, Marine Consultancies, Shipyards, Oil Majors and OEM’s. She offers a bespoke solution for specific recruitment needs, whilst collaborating with high-calibre candidates, supporting renowned clients with shore-based growth plans and identifying new business opportunities within the Maritime sector.

Michelle’s previous experience within senior-level Executive Search and Selection also enables her to offer her clients a tailored search, dependent on the seniority, complexity and confidentiality of the assignment.
