About Ria

Ria has worked ARM for over 18 years (that’s before some of our apprentices were even born!), so you could say she’s a business veteran.

She started her journey working for the IT department, and after nearly 10 years, transitioned over to what was then called ‘Business Support’. There she used her skills to help facilitate back-office changes, provide general support, and implement projects and also took on the opportunity to manage a team.

She has had 2 babies during her time here (one of which was born during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic eeek!) and her return to work saw her role moving to part-time within the HR & Operations department as the Project and Operations Manager. Ria leads her team in many different challenges across the business, such as  IT systems implementations, Legislation changes, and Quality standards.

She loves the variety of her work and feels lucky that each day can be different, it really motivates her.
