About Wayne

Wayne currently heads up our team focused on delivery within Transport and Infrastructure for large clients. This includes rail, highway and built environment clients, as well as government funded work.

He & the team recruit for specialist engineers, data and digital roles, communication and stakeholder experts, programme and project managers, as well as other specialist positions within these areas.

Wayne has 15 years of experience in recruitment and has been focused on STEM recruitment during those 15 years. He has also led a number of teams in recruitment and bring his knowledge of client delivery and knows how to support candidates through the recruitment process.
