About Jasmine

Jasmine started as a Lead Regulatory Consultant in our Life Sciences team in January 2024. She has almost 9 years experience in recruitment and much of that has been spent in the Life Science sector.

Her role as a 360 consultant means her work day is multifaceted and dynamic, working with both candidates and clients which enables her to control the process from start to finish. Throughout the day, she networks with companies particularly in the European market, to discover what requirements they have and provide a consultative approach to supporting them in finding a contractor or permanent member of the team. Jasmine also uses her time to source top talent within the Regulatory Affairs market, identifying candidates with the correct expertise and qualifying them against live requirements.

In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family, including my partner Dale, my stepchildren Ronnie and Alyssa, and my nephew Reuben.

Fun fact: She has also completed 4 out of 6 years at the Open University studying Forensic Psychology!
