Before starting with ARM, Rich worked as an Internal Recruiter after 7 years at Bloc (part of our company before!), working within Software recruitment and is now part of our Cyber Security team.
During his days in the office, Rich spends his time building teams with clients using his business development focus, identifying new niches and developing and establishing a new area of Cyber Security.
