Overview For a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant who can take ownership of project management and delivery activities within the Finance workstream. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP Finance expertise with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, drive project milestones, and support operational activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a Consultant role with Project Management activities.

We are looking for a hands-on consultant who can lead a Finance sub-stream while actively contributing to solution discussions, testing activities, issue resolution, and SAP Finance-related implementation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as hands-on SAP Finance Consultant and also support actively with Project Management activities within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation.

* Drive Finance-related project activities across multiple releases and deployment phases.

* Coordinate and manage BST, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare preparation, and readiness activities.

* Track risks, dependencies, actions, and deliverables.

* Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

* Support Finance process design and implementation discussions.

* Perform hands-on SAP Finance activities when required, including analysis, testing support, troubleshooting, and configuration/customizing adjustments.

* Ensure Finance workstream deliverables are completed on time and with the required quality.

Required Expertise

* SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation experience.

* Strong understanding of Finance processes, including: o Intercompany (IC) o Chargebacks o Inventory Valuation o Principal Company Models o Distribution Center Structures

* Experience leading Finance workstreams or sub-projects.

* Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.

* Hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience, including configuration/customizing capabilities.

* Experience with testing and deployment phases in SAP programs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP Finance Consultant who has evolved into a Stream Lead or Part Project Lead role. They are comfortable taking ownership of delivery activities while remaining sufficiently hands-on to support the project wherever required.
