ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Reward And Recognition Partner to join a fast paced team

The Role:

  • Support the production of annual reporting associated with reward such as Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting
  • Work closely with external reward partners to ensure services/products provided are the best they could be for colleagues
  • Complete job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing feedback and working with leaders on the outcomes
  • Manage external salary survey submissions and work with providers on their requirements
  • Oversee reward queries and challenges, working with the wider People team as required to explain methodology, processes and outcomes
  • Develop and implement reward initiatives, working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Reward or HR related role
  • CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience of successfully managing multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management or recognition preferred Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships, inspiring confidence, and respect with stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience of HR systems or benefit management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively to a range of stakeholders
