ARM is working with a leading organisation in the renewable energy and sustainable technology sector to recruit an experienced Profit Centre Manager in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused manager to take responsibility for a dedicated business unit, combining P&L ownership, operational leadership, customer management and business development.
The Role
You will have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the profit centre, leading a team, managing key customers and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
- Full P&L and budget responsibility.
- Develop and deliver commercial and growth strategies.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Monitor financial performance, margins, costs and KPIs.
- Ensure projects and services meet quality, cost and timescale requirements.
- Work with technical, sales, operations and finance teams.
- Prepare management reports and forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure H&S, quality and regulatory compliance.
About You
- Proven experience managing P&L, budgets and financial performance.
- Strong commercial and business development skills.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in renewable energy, engineering, utilities, technology or a related industry is advantageous.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a focus on growth.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
