ARM is delighted to be supporting a leading wholesaler of renewable energy equipment in the search for a Warehouse Operative/Driver to join their growing team in Fareham.
Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, our client is looking to appoint a reliable and hardworking individual, with further hiring anticipated later in Q2 as growth continues.
The Role:
The successful candidate will initially be based predominantly within the warehouse, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring customer orders are picked, prepared, and dispatched efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Handling and moving stock, including heavy items such as batteries and solar panels
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Undertaking occasional delivery/driver duties as required
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
This is a physically demanding role, and candidates must be comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting throughout the working week.
Candidate Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and punctuality
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required)
Working Hours:
- Between 6:30am and 6:00pm (shift pattern to be confirmed)
- 8.5-hour working day (including a 30-minute break)
- Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 7 Saturdays
Salary & Benefits:
- £30,500 per annum
- Profit share scheme
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing wholesaler within the renewable energy sector, supplying high-quality equipment to customers across the UK. Based in Fareham, they have a team of 17 employees, all hired and developed in-house, and pride themselves on maintaining a strong team culture and high operational standards.
