Location: Weymouth| Salary: £42,082| Hours: 37 a week | Driving licence required
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our client's Maintenance Team, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs, installations and maintenance across domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical fault finding, repairs and installations, including single and three phase.
- Inspection, testing and EICRs.
- Completing electrical installation and minor works certificates.
- Installing/replacing showers, immersion heaters, electric heating and domestic heating controls.
- Identifying and reporting health & safety defects.
- Maintaining accurate job records and updating work orders via PDA/mobile devices.
- Providing excellent customer service and working professionally with vulnerable customers.
- Participating in emergency/out-of-hours services when required.
About You
You will be a qualified electrician with:
- Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
- 18th Edition / BS 7671.
- AM2 qualification or equivalent.
- 2391 / Inspection & Testing desirable.
- Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, fault finding and EICRs.
- Knowledge of Part P and relevant British Standards.
- Good communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Full UK driving licence.
