ARM is delighted to be supporting a leading business with the recruitment of a Senior Vice President - Customer Management on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for business development and sales activities within allocated international markets.
* To manage and support the incremental sales growth.
* Manage and support Customer Management in the UK, North America and Australia.
* Oversee the generation of responses to tenders, detailed commercial proposals and general quotations.
* Manage the general sales reporting and the quotation monitoring system.
* Conduct technical product and sales training to internal staff and external customers.
* Attend regular sales meetings both in Fareham and other international locations.
* Attend customer technical meetings and forums.
* Attend exhibitions, conferences.
* Conduct technical sales presentations and customer product awareness training.

Requirements

* Experienced with managing a sales/business development team.
* Experienced in conducting international business sales with a proven track record in generating new business.
* Organised - Forward planning.
* Good presentations skills Ability to quickly build good rapport and form relationships with customers and internal staff.

Other Information

* Must be able to travel overseas circa once per month
* Flexibility to communicate with customers and colleagues operating in different time zones (outside of the normal UK office hours).
* Full driving licence
