The reason we do this is to ensure that we constantly improve the candidate journey. We use the comments to monitor and enhance the way we work, so every single review is valuable. To discover we’ve received Feefo’s prestigious Platinum Trusted Service Award 2020 is pretty gratifying, to say the least.
A commitment to great service
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real customers. It’s awarded to those who use Feefo, a reviews and customer insights technology company, to collect genuine reviews and insights, and which have met Feefo’s high standard, based on the number of reviews and average rating.
A highly-valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with real customers and serves as a true reflection of our commitment to outstanding service.
A team effort
While the award goes to ARM (for collecting 50+ reviews each year in 2017, 2018 and 2019, achieving a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5), we couldn’t have done it without the assistance of the other brands within the Serocor Group. We operate a ‘feed the family’ mentality, where colleagues across ARM, Optamor and Serocor work closely throughout the entire candidate journey. It’s due to the combined efforts of everyone in the business that contractors are paid promptly, contracts are scrutinised, client processes are checked for compliance and ultimately that everything is done behind the scenes so that the candidate can enjoy a seamless transition into their new role. So while it says ARM on the award, it’s really to be enjoyed by everyone in the Group.

We discovered last year that ARM had been given the Gold Trusted Service Award – to so quickly have that upgraded to the Platinum Award is, in the words of Group CEO Mike Gawthorne, “Another measurable point of differentiation, well done all involved.”
