About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in the energy and maritime sector for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Qatar. This is a pivotal role supporting the company's growth by attracting top talent across both technical and corporate functions.

You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using digital tools and platforms

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored hiring plans

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Leverage data and analytics to enhance recruitment performance and processes

• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience

• Industry background in oil & gas, energy, or maritime preferred

• Strong experience with ATS systems (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors, Workday)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Track record of success in multinational, fast-paced environments
