We are hiring for a Senior Consultant to grow a team in our Infrastructure space; this role will be working within a team of experts in the field and growing the division with a clear career path for the successful individual.
Based in brand new 5* offices, outside of Port-Solent. Work/Life balance is a priority so we offer flexible working and a hybrid set up, working from home and the office.
Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
- You are passionate about the Infrastructure recruitment sector and finding niche talent in a competitive market.
- You see it as critical to partner with others (within and outside the team) to achieve great things and can apply creativity to solve complex recruitment problems.
- You may have led small or large teams, focused on experienced recruitment campaigns and recruitment processes that scale up talent pipelines.
- You appreciate the importance of mentoring others to build their technical skills and develop their careers.
- You recognise that data is a critical component to operational efficiency and continuously challenging the status quo as a way to get the best results.
- You are tenacious and pride yourself on having a growth mindset that you can instil in others
