SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (COMMERCIAL MANAGER) - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £50,950 - £67,254

ARM are working with a leading rail company and we are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their team based in the West Midlands on a permanent basis.

You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with significant experience that will involved civil engineer, highways or rail projects. You will have either client side or contractor side experience (ideally some of both) and will be well versed in contractual obligations and enforcement. Ideally you will have NEC knowledge also.

We have a number of positions that will be sitting in either new station teams or railway systems teams. These will be working with their contractors to ensure adherence and following up any queries, but also looking at breaches and compensation routes too.

These position will be based in the West Midlands with station roles based one day a week on site and one in the office, with 3 days at home. The rail systems roles will be based 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week at home. The office is based in Birmingham.

The salary for these position are between £50,950 and £67,254 per annum. On top of this is a very generous pension, life assurance, healthcare and much more. This is an organisation that likes to promote from within and many staff have progressed or are being readied for the next move.
