Technical Support Engineer – HV/LV Motors in Manchester, Greater Manchester

Technical Support Engineer (LV/HV Motors)- Manchester - Permanent - £30,000 - £50,000

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a well-known client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work on the warranty and technical support for their LV and HV Motors, the role is based in Manchester.

About You:
- You will have a degree or HNC/HND/NVQ in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or similar subject.
- You will have extensive motor experience such as maintenance, repair or build and you will know motor specifications , how motors are controlled along with maintenance and repair routines.
- You will have excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:
- You will be providing support to customers who have technical issues with their motors. This could be in warranty or out of warranty. You will be arranging replacements if necessary and liaising with the customer and factory to arrange a suitable outcome for the faulty unit, either with a fix or a replacement.
- This is a busy role so you will be able to arrange your time effectively.

This role is based in Manchester on a hybrid basis; however, if required, this can be a fully remote role in October, it is permanent and full-time.

The salary for the Technical Support Engineer is between £30,000 - £50,0000 depending on experience.
