JOB PURPOSE:
Quality Business Planning ensures the business remains compliant to the Quality Management System (QMS) through auditing internal policies, processes, documented procedures, and records. In turn this leads to ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements for certain regions, which are assessed by regional authorities.
You will be part of a team responsible for administering the Quality Management System and successful certification to various Regulatory Authorities. This will be achieved by auditing internal policies, processes, documented procedures, and records.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrate the Company`s Quality Management System.
- Ensure review and update of documents throughout the business done in a controlled manner and training is given to ensure a full understanding.
- Present to all areas of the business the expectations of teams in adhering to the external accredited standards.
- Work with external auditors planning and executing audits to ensure accreditation to standards.
- Report monthly departmental metrics to Lead QMS Engineer.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure the current production plans are developed and in place for current production.
- Raise and escalate any issues with the relevant teams.
- Review Kamishibai status using Beacon and interpret data to show where improvements are required
- Carry out detailed control plan audits and check alignment with CoP control plans, EASE and 300 call process.
- Requires travel across the various AML sites.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Internal and external audit experience
- Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
- Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Lean principles
- Working knowledge of Quality tools and techniques (control plans, PFMEAs etc.)
- Experience applying standards to processes.
- Ability to analyse data sets and present findings to different levels of the business.
- Logical problem-solving mindset and problem-solving experience.
- The ability to self-manage and work under pressure to deliver and thrive in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams of various sizes from all areas of the business to deliver the objectives of the department.

- Flexibility to operate in line with Manufacturing working hours.
