Receptionist in Gosport, Hampshire

Our client are currently looking to recruit an Receptionist based in the Gosport area. This is initially a temporary role for 3 months but likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage the day to day services supplied on reception.
• To manage the switchboard, answering calls and directing queries as appropriate.
• To update and maintain reception procedures ensuring that all staff adhere to the procedures.
• To receive visitors to site and provide the appropriate passes
• Continually look for areas of service improvement, maintaining a "can do" attitude.

Skills/Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.00am to 16.30pm and Friday 08.00am to 13.30pm.
