Helpdesk Administrator in Rochester, Kent

Our client are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in the Rochester area.

Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk experience
  • Taking calls, responding to emails
  • Logging, closing, updating jobs
  • Chasing subcontractors
  • Assigning PPMs
  • Raising chargeable requests for commercial
  • Management of all works scheduling with clients, sub-contractors and internal staff
  • Management of all services and services agreement for auditing, recording and chasing expiring compliance document

The Ideal Candidate

  • To be a 'team player' within the office
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong telephone experience, including complaint handling
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including excel
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
