Helpdesk Administrator in Rochester, Kent

PermanentOur client are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in the Rochester area.
Responsibilities
- Helpdesk experience
- Taking calls, responding to emails
- Logging, closing, updating jobs
- Chasing subcontractors
- Assigning PPMs
- Raising chargeable requests for commercial
- Management of all works scheduling with clients, sub-contractors and internal staff
- Management of all services and services agreement for auditing, recording and chasing expiring compliance document
The Ideal Candidate
- To be a 'team player' within the office
- Customer service skills
- Strong telephone experience, including complaint handling
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including excel
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
