Head of Property in Maidstone, Kent

PermanentOur client is currently recruiting for a Head of Property to work for them at their head office in Maidstone, with visits to other premises across the UK as required. They are a leading brand within their sector of work, and require someone who can oversee a number of working environments that they occupy.
The ideal person will have:
- A strong property background, ideally RICS accredited
- Asset management experience
- Experience of leasehold renewals and end of lease terminations
- The ability to establish relationships with contractors in order to complete works on new, existing and end of tenancy premises. You will ideally have a network of reputable contractors that you have previously worked with too.
- Experience of space utilisation of commercial premises in order to maximise property effectiveness
