Project Manager in Lincolnshire

PermanentWe are working with a client who is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee refurbishment and construction works on commercial buildings in the Lincoln area. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-known company that carry out maintenance and additional works across the UK.
The ideal person will have:
- Previous experience of working on building/refurbishment projects up to £250k in value.
- A recognised construction qualification (HNC / HND)
- Experience of completing projects to strict deadlines.
- Excellent H&S awareness
- Experience of managing multiple trades people.
The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
