PROJECT CONTROLS - HAMPSHIRE - PERMANENT - UP TO £65,000 PER ANNUM

ARM are currently working with a client who deliver Project Leadership, Cost Certainty, Construction Success and Specialist Consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. They are looking for a Project controls who has experience in Construction to join their team based in Hampshire on a permanent basis.

About You:
* You will need industry recognised qualification - APM/ Prince2
* You Must hold or be able to obtain SC clearance.
* You will have stakeholder management experience
* You will have Capital project delivery experience covers the full RIBA lifecycle
* You will need at least 5yr experience in a Building Environment and construction delivery environment, preferably in an operational environment, managing different / multiple types of projects (assets include wet and dry including jetties, harbour walls, roads, heat and power network, security, as well as conventional built environment construction)

What you will be doing:
You will be leading on projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team. The successful candidate will work on exciting projects in all sectors, ranging from £50k to £500m+. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of schemes including demolition, MEP, utilities and specialist containment upgrades/builds.

This role is based in Hampshire and is easily commutable via public transport. - Hybrid with 3 to 4 days on site!
