ARM are working with a well-known logistics company and we are currently recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to join their team on the Sussex.
About You:
You will be an experienced technician with experience of light and heavy good vehicles for both repair and maintenance.
You will hold and be able to provide qualifications for IMI level 3 or similar in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence (manual) for this role also.
What you will be doing:
This is a key position to keep Britain's premier logistics provider working, with repair and maintenance of their range of vehicles.
This position is based in Northampton and will involve early and late shift working with a defined 2 week programme, which will see you working 7:30 - 4pm Monday to Friday. There is also plenty of overtime available.
The salary for this position is between £35,364 and £38,692 (excluding overtime), but most technicians are earning between £50,000 and £55,000 with overtime and other allowances included. Benefits include 22.5 days annual leave each year, a generous pension scheme, annual training and development opportunities and a real chance of progression opportunities into management structure roles.
