Project Controller

Project Controller - London - Permanent - £35K

ARM is working with a well-known infrastructure client who are currently involved with large scale construction in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controller to join their team based in London.

About You:
- You are highly experienced using Primavera P6 as well as Microsoft excel.
- You have got a minimum amount of 3 years' experience within project environment supporting the project manager/director.
- You have got some experience managing contractors with their data submissions and making sure they are being paid on time.

What you will be doing:
- You will help establish the performance measurement baseline and supporting the projects monthly by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge so you can respond to delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the projects.
- You will be providing Project Control activities, conduct audits, assurance checks of contractor's monthly data submissions and ensure the submissions are fully measured and are paid in line with the project KPI's.
- You will be supporting the administration of trend/forecast reporting and managing Baseline Change to the agreed project budget, guaranteeing that all changes are correctly recognised and charged appropriately.
- You will be coordinating the submission of monthly performance reports to the project lead, in line with business reporting requirements and timescales, to enable prompt decision making, approvals and financial forecasting.

This role is based in London it is a full-time role working from home 2-3 days a week.

This role is for a Project Controller based in London; it is a full-time hybrid role so would require being in office 2 days a week. The salary for this role is 35K per year.
