Project Manager in Manchester, Greater Manchester

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - NORTHWEST ENGLAND - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT - £390 PER DAY

ARM are currently working with a well- known railway company who are seeking for an experienced Scheme/Assistant Project Manager who is based in Manchester for a 12 months contract basis.

About You:
To qualify for this role you will need the following :
* You will need Project management, budget and scheduling experience
* Rail knowledge is essential - including Construction Design Management (CDM) on simple projects.
* Must have experience in the delivery of projects, with particular emphasis on the management of suppliers and stakeholders
* Experience of governance and risk control frameworks will be required
* Achieved PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent.

What you will be doing:
Some of the main duties of this role will be :
* Design the project structure appropriate to stage, selecting and applying relevant delivery methodologies.
* Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.
* Ensure effective change management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed with stakeholders.

This role will be a hybrid role, offices are based in Manchester with WFH for 2 days

The rate for this role is £390 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

This role is a 12 Month Contract, which may extend.
