Planner & Scheduler in Bristol

Our client is looking to recruit a planner/scheduler to join their existing team in the Bristol area, who will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance planning works across the South West.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling works based on geographic location.
• Ensuring Technician workloads are scheduled productively each day in line with customer requirements
• Updating their database with site specific details.
• Creating job packs and ensuring the internal systems are up to date.
• Communicating with both customers and employees.
• Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as requires

Skills/Qualifications:

• Confident IT user, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work to a budget
• Excellent time management skills
