Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Gosport, Hampshire

PermanentWe are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for our client in the Gosport area. This is working in a busy production / manufacturing environment, and you will work as part of the on-site maintenance team, repairing the on-site production equipment, carrying out routine maintenance along with dealing with breakdowns, identifying faults and repairing them as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Mechanical qualification - NVQ2 or City & Guilds as a minimum and an apprenticeship.
A good understanding of electrical systems
Previous experience of working as a maintenance engineer in a production / engineering environment
The ability to work on a variety of machines and understand how they operate
This role is working on a shift basis, covering 7 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-known company who have a strong reputation within their sector. There is an excellent benefit package with this role.
