The time: 8pm. The venue: Sway, London. The event: the 16th annual Broadbean National Online Recruitment Awards – affectionately known as NORA.
Among the guests and finalists, Managing Director of ARM Leon Howgill and Director of Engineering, David James were flying the flag for ARM in the ‘Best large recruitment agency’ category. In good company, up against some strong competition. But we weren’t giving up yet.
And the award goes to…
You can probably guess where this is going. The envelope is opened, the room falls silent…
Enhancing the candidate experience
NORA focuses on perspective of the candidate, not industry peers. Thus, its nominations are driven by members of the public. Then the shortlist is drawn up, and the rest is history.
To be on this list was incredibly gratifying, aligning with our intention to enhance candidate experience. We prioritise this at every touch point, tailoring content precisely to resonate with our audience.
Cementing our reputation
We have a long and illustrious relationship with the NORAs.
In 2015, 2013 and 2012, we won ‘Best small employer website’, and now qualifying as ‘Best large recruitment agency’ demonstrates just how much we’ve grown in recent years.
This latest accolade cements ARM’s reputation as a major player in the field. It also shows our evolution as a business. The award is a massive achievement and something we are intensely proud of.
