Maintenance Operative in London

PermanentOur client is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to join their team covering the London area.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide efficient, responsive, reactive, and planned quality maintenance services to all tenants, residents, and leaseholders.
- To manage policies and procedures relating to the operation controls within the maintenance departments, to review these as necessary, ensuring compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements and reflecting good practice.
- Complete maintenance service requests and inform the maintenance team
- Ensure inspection reports and its information are entered into the IT system.
- Ensure scheduled works conducted are completed to a high standard.
Skills/Qualifications
- NVQ2 or City & Guilds Plumbing or Electrical
- Previous experience working in a maintenance role
- Good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK Driving Licence
