Maintenance Operative in London

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to join their team covering the London area.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide efficient, responsive, reactive, and planned quality maintenance services to all tenants, residents, and leaseholders.
• To manage policies and procedures relating to the operation controls within the maintenance departments, to review these as necessary, ensuring compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements and reflecting good practice.
• Complete maintenance service requests and inform the maintenance team
• Ensure inspection reports and its information are entered into the IT system.
• Ensure scheduled works conducted are completed to a high standard.

Skills/Qualifications

• NVQ2 or City & Guilds Plumbing or Electrical
• Previous experience working in a maintenance role
• Good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Full UK Driving Licence
