Maintenance Manager in Yeovil, Somerset

PermanentWe have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Delivery Manager to work for our client on an MOD site in the Yeovil area. The role will involve managing the day to day planned maintenance for building fabric, mechanical and electrical PPMs to building services equipment.
The ideal person will have:
- Previous experience of building services maintenance work.
- A recognised qualification in building / Mechanical / Electrical discipline
- Strong CDM experience
- Experience of supervising a variety of trades - electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, general builders etc.
- Experience of planning works and delivering to client timescales.
This position is working with a well-known Facilities Management company. The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is an excellent benefits package available.
