ContractOur client is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to join their team in the Fareham area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service and maintenance work to large office buildings and a warehouse storage facility.
- To ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.
- Communicate daily with the help desk, Supervisor, or Manager regarding the status of PPM and Reactive tasks or any other tasks.
- To ensure the company's Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 18th Edition Qualification.
- Previous experience working in large office building environments preferred.
- An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
- Full UK driving Licence.
