Maintenance Electrician in Hertfordshire

PermanentOur client is currently recruiting for a Head of Repairs. This is working for an established organisation with nearly 6000 properties, and the role will involve leading and managing the housing repairs team which consists of an established DLO team and some specialist contractors. You will need to have a strong background in the housing maintenance sector, with the ability to improve processes and efficiencies in order to make a profit on an annual basis.
The ideal person will have:
- A strong strategic background with the ability to create and implement a business plan to improve the business performance.
- Previous experience within the housing sector.
- Excellent trouble shooting skils - identifying issues and resolving problems across the business.
- Excellent communication skills
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a respected company. The role will provide you with the opportunity to fully manage this department independently.
