Human Factors Specialist in London

HUMAN FACTORS SPECIALIST - LONDON - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - £41,000 - £56,000

ARM are working with a leading rail client and we are looking for a Human Factors Specialist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract that will be based in London.

About You:
You will hold a recognised degree (or equivalent) within either Human Factors or Occupational Psychology.
You will have demonstrable experience within a Human Factors role.
You will be able to pick things up quickly and be comfortable to present to others.

What you will be doing:
This position is a 12 month fixed term role that is covering maternity leave within a HF team. The team help set the standards that others follow. This includes a range of projects such as education / training in the HF area. Consultancy work, research on new products such as train driver cab design and track works. This role will help expose you to a wide range of HF experience and they will help you develop your career.

This role is based from London and working using the Hybrid model with a few days a week in the office. The office is based in Central London.

The salary for this position is between £41,000 and £56,000. On top of this is a bonus scheme that can see you getting 13% of your salary in a year, excellent pension and other benefits. This is also a role that will help give you a wide range of involvement in HF projects.
