Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire

ARM are working with a well know public sector company. We are currently recruiting for an building surveyor based in Oxfordshire. |
About You:
|
- You have got a BTEC HNC in building studies. - You are currently working towards or have achieved professional qualifications of either the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). - You have got experience using AutoCAD. - You will be required to get a CSCS card while working in this role. - You have experience using JET and NEC. |
What you will be doing:

You will be delivering a variety of schemes to the budget and programmes, completing design drawings, contract documentation (JET and NEC suite of contracts). You will have to comply with all the quality, building, regulations, health and safety and environmental regulations and considerations. |

This role is for a in Oxfordshire; it is a full-time role hybrid so would require you being in office 2-3 days a week. |
|
This role is a contract role which if fully remote, it is a 12-month contract with chances of being extended. This role is paying up to £30.85 per hour (umbrella) inside iR35. |
|
You must be eligible to work in the UK for this role. |
