HEAD OF ESTATES AND ASSETS - SOUTH-WEST LONDON - 5-MONTH CONTRACT - £525 PER DAY

ARM currently working with a local council who are seeking an experienced individual to come in as the Head of Estates and Assets on a 5-month contract

To be applicable for this role you will need the following:

- You will need to be a chartered surveyor (RICS)

- You will have an in depth knowledge of estates and asset management.

- You will need experience managing complex estates projects including CPO's and land assemblies.

In this position you will be coming in to lead the Estates and Assets Team, with responsibility for estate management, namely valuations, acquisitions, disposals and property development in respect of the Council's operational property as well as its investment property portfolio, in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

This position is based in South-East London and will be commutable via public transport throughout the city. There is a chance of hybrid working.

This position is a 5-month contract and is paying £525 per day (Inside IR35)

For this role you will need to be eligible to work in the UK permanently
