HR Administrator in Bootle, Merseyside

HR Administrator - Bootle (hybrid/remote) - 6 -month contract - £250 p/d (Umbrella Inside IR35)
ARM are delighted to be hiring for a HR Administrator to join one of our government clients based in Bootle, on a 6 month basis.

Managing the relationship with the outsourced service provider to ensure that people are onboarded correctly.

Responsibilities
* Work with payroll and employee services provider to on-board employees.
* Liaise with Employee Services on system, fault management, change requests and procedural specific issues.
* Act as intelligent customer for all aspects of Employee service provision.
* Monitor and manage the performance of Employee Services against agreed KPIs/service levels.
* Work with outsourced payroll /employee services provider to specify the system requirements, respond to queries and complaints.
* contribute to and support the development and design of ongoing pay and reward initiatives.

Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative HR or recruitment capacity
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills across all applications
* Meticulous eye for detail
* Positive, can-do attitude
