A team effort
While the award goes to ARM, we couldn’t have done it without the assistance of the other brands within the Serocor Group. We operate a ‘feed the family’ mentality. Colleagues across ARM & Optamor work closely throughout the entire candidate journey.
And, it’s due to these combined efforts that contractors are paid promptly, contracts are scrutinised, client processes are checked. Without this ‘behind the scenes’ activity, our seamless candidate experience would not be possible. So while it says ARM on the award, it’s really for all involved in the Group.
Going way beyond the norm

We discovered last year that ARM had been given the Gold Trusted Service Award. So progressing so quickly to the Platinum Award is a huge achievement!
