Equality Diversity And Inclusion (EDI) Manager in London

Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager - London (Hybrid) - Permanent - £39,000 - £50,000

At Advanced Resource Managers, we are looking for an EDI Manager to join one of our esteemed Rail clients in London on a permanent, hybrid basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience rolling out an Impact Equality Statement within a large, corporate matrix style organisation, and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
* Support the EDI Workforce and Community functions
* Support all aspects of the EDI policy across all functions and champion this across the winder stakeholder group
* Act as a single point of contact for all EDI queries
* Lead on the planning of EDI events and awards
* Monitor and report on Clear Talents platform to ensure reasonable adjustments to workforce are implemented
* Moderate and support Reverse Mentoring Programme

Requirements
* Proven experience within a similar role, and with rolling out an Impact Equality Statement within a large, corporate matrix style organisation
* A can-do attitude with the ability to influence stakeholders - internal and external - across all levels.
* A strong advocate and champion for all things relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
* Strong knowledge of Employment Law, with a keen interest in staying up to date with current and planned changes
