Helpdesk Administrator in Romsey, Hampshire

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in the Romsey area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to helpdesk calls and enquiries
• Ensure timely and clear communication with our clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of jobs
• Schedule and coordinate engineer attendance to call outs
• Provide a premium service
• General administrative support to the team

• Competent IT knowledge
• Good communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lead, self-motivate, and supervise your own work schedule to achieve targets and a high standard of service.
• Able to understand policies and procedures in relation to your duties and responsibilities
• Willing to learn and turn their hand to new tasks
