Fire Alarm Engineer in Verwood, Dorset

My client is looking for a mobile Fire Alarm engineer in and around the Verwood area. The work will be mainly service and maintenance with some commissioning tasks.

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or working towards their F.I.A Modules. Excellent client-facing skills, fault-finding, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing Fire Alarms, alongside testing and servicing of emergency lighting, replacing faulty emergency lighting, servicing and commissioning of fire extinguishers.
• Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels.
• To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
• To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
• Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and that all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
• Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.
