Finance Assistant in Romsey, Hampshire

Finance Assistant - Romsey (Hybrid) - Contract (3 months) - £21 p/h (Inside IR35)

ARM are delighted to be working with one of its biggest Defence clients.

Requiring a Finance Assistant To provide temporary support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in processing and posting invoices on SAP as well as dealing with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
* Posting invoices, handling supplier queries
* Matching of receipts in the bank against customer invoices
* Chasing customers for payment
* Receive supplier invoices
* Reconcile against purchase order & delivery note
* Prepare supplier payment in order for cheque payment to be made
* Write receipts for cheques received

Requirements:
* Experience of posting receipts and payments in the general ledger
* Experience with dealing with supplier queries and processing
* Experience of working with SAP essential
* Strong excel skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as a team
