ARM is delighted to be helping our client actively recruit for a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid working (one day per week).

Responsibilities
* Leading on budget setting, monitoring and closing of Adult Social Care.
* Act as a key financial advisor providing strategic support and input on major projects
* Supporting contract management and contract negotiations
* Responsible for leading, inspiring and motivating your team and generate a positive working environment.
* Driving efficiency and value for money across the business.

Requirements
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent finance qualification.
* Ability to work in cross functional teams and some experience of stakeholder
management as well as influencing skills will be essential.
* You will have substantial experience in appraising and evaluating the financial and non-financial implications of projects and proposals using accounting techniques.
* You will also have substantial experience of preparing budgets and forecasts over a medium-term period, as well as experience of preparing monthly accounts, financial monitoring, and final annual accounts.
* Understanding of the public sector.
